Iteration tempo is the speed at which a team can test a hypothesis, gather feedback, and revise its approach.

Faster cycles create an advantage only when quality survives the acceleration. Each cycle must preserve the evidence, judgment, and learning that should shape the next one.

A context system raises iteration tempo by making prior learning available at the start of the next decision instead of forcing each team to reconstruct it.
